Privacy policy
Effective 16 August 2026
Who is responsible
N49 Technologies Inc., carrying on business as N49 Cloud, is responsible for the personal information under our control. Our accountable privacy owner receives questions, requests, and complaints at [email protected].
What we collect
When you contact us or use a request form, we collect your name, email address, company name, the service or outcome you are interested in, and the details you choose to share. We also record the form used, the submission date and time, and a unique submission identifier. ordinary call information made available by a telephone service.
Please do not send sensitive information or personal information about another person unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond, follow up on your request, understand the business need you describe, prepare a proposal or deliver an engagement you request, protect forms from abuse, keep necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. A form submission creates records and follow-up workflows in Bigin CRM so the request can be handled consistently. We do not reuse website enquiries for marketing unless we ask separately and you agree.
Client project information
If you become a client, we may handle business contact details, project materials, access details, and information needed to deliver the agreed digital solution. We use that information only to provide and administer the engagement, subject to the written agreement with you. You remain responsible for deciding what personal information is appropriate to provide and for meeting your own privacy obligations to customers, employees, and other individuals.
Service providers and processing locations
Cloudflare hosts, delivers, secures, and measures the website. Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates network, browser, and device signals—including IP address, user-agent, TLS fingerprint, site key, and origin—to distinguish people from bots. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Bigin by Zoho stores and organizes website enquiries and the related follow-up records. Zoho and its approved subprocessors may process information and supporting service metadata in the locations used to provide the service. Our mailbox and telecommunications providers process messages and calls when you contact us by those routes. Information handled outside Canada may be subject to the laws of the place where it is processed.
Analytics and browser storage
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page use and performance. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and says it does not collect or use visitors’ personal data. We do not use advertising trackers or build profiles for targeted advertising. Security services may still process network and device signals needed to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to providers that help us operate the website and respond to you; to professional advisers where necessary; when you direct or authorize us; as part of a lawful business transaction with appropriate safeguards; or where law requires or permits disclosure.
Retention and deletion
Enquiry and complimentary-review records are kept while we respond and for as long as reasonably needed to document follow-up, resolve a concern, or meet legal obligations. Client and project records are kept for the engagement and any additional period required for contractual, tax, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. We review records periodically and securely delete or de-identify information that is no longer required. Provider backups, fraud-prevention data, and security records may remain for limited periods under provider schedules.
Safeguards
We use access controls, multi-factor authentication, encrypted transport, protected deployment credentials, input limits, bot protection, security headers, and restricted administrative access. No safeguard can eliminate every risk, so we limit collection and ask you not to submit unnecessary sensitive information.
Your choices and requests
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access, challenge its accuracy, ask for a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a concern about our practices. Send enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before acting, and we may retain information where law permits or requires it. We will explain any refusal.
Questions and complaints
Email [email protected] or call 1-866-981-0223. We reply within one business day and will investigate privacy concerns. If we do not resolve your concern, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
We update this policy when our services, data practices, providers, or legal obligations materially change. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice where a change materially affects how we use information already collected.
